816 Construction Trailer

This unit can accommodate up to 60 people on a construction site. It has 2 private entrances. The left side has 2 flushing toilet and one sink, vanity, mirror & running water. This side is great for use as a ladies unit or keep it separate for a manager, supervisor or on-site inspectors. The right side has 2 flushing toilets, two laundry tub style sinks and 2 urinals, with two mirrors. 

This unit features a 650 gallon waste holding tank & a 275 gallon self-contained water tank. You can also attach a garden hose to the unit to provide water. The actual size is 8 feet wide by 19 feet long due to the internal water tank adding 3 feet to the length. Great for locations that are not able to hook up a garden hose.

Three 110v plugs are located on roadside of the unit. Two plugs must be connected to separate 15amp 110v electrical service in order to provide enough power to run the fans, lights and water pump, the 3rd plug needs a separate 30AMP service to run the heaters and tank pad heaters (in the winter).

This unit is equipped with a 13,000 BTU roof mounted air-conditioner – if you don’t have access to 30amp power you can still run the unit on two 15amp circuits without using the air conditioner.
